Pedagogical Staff and Digital Competencies: Professional Development in the Academic Digitalization

چکیده

Modern university teaching staff require digital competencies, but their development in the digitalization epoch still remains understudied. The organization and content of training system continuing pedagogical education also need a unified approach. article focuses on skill faculty members as part life-long learning. authors defined concept competency created professional retraining program Digital Technologies Teaching, which they put to an evaluation test. course lasted 72 hours consisted several stages final assessment. research objective was identify level competencies graduates. study involved review relevant scientific publications, analysis normative documents, various methods observation. provided well-structured learning process enabled participants create syllabuses own. It can be recommended for all levels who would like increase competency.
